“Shame on me” for ordering from a small business before the holidays. After placing my order at 5:30pm and receiving the first confirmation messages I hadn’t heard anything else for 3 hours at which point I messaged the live chat asking about a possible eta and never received a response. I called several times with no answer until 9pm, when they close, and they finally answered. The rep was aggressive and annoyed that I was calling about my order, citing “you placed your order a day before a holiday”. The ETA is advertised as 30-60 minutes and I ordered at 5:30. I wasn’t calling to complain, just wanted confirmation. At about 9:30 I got tracking and confirmation the driver was on the way. At 10:06 I got a call saying they only had 1 of the 3 items I ordered and couldn’t deliver unless I met the minimum. Eventually, they did offer to bring the one they had. The driver was kind enough to still deliver at 10:50pm, but after all of this it was the wrong item
