2 faulty orders with other dispensaries due to lack of communication\false advertisement & no tree, pressured myself to order from LS7. Even tho bad reviews & my gut telling NO! Decent menu\prices got confirmation, 30-90 min ETA. I said ok maybe this will work! Within hour got fleet confirmation dude 30 mins away got $ ,ID ready. Then I get text 1 item was out . Didn't quite understand considering I had a full on conversation with LS7 when asked payment type & 4 selfie w/my driver's license. Usually that's when store tells if items are out of stock, any problems but no nothing Until the driver was pulling up . I'm like whatever just substitute it with something of =potency & $ amount. He pulls up with bin FULL of tree in the front/back seat all & is packing order in parking lot . Hands me bag, gave $12 tip and he out. Check bag & he subbed live resin badder 4 sugar w\out telling me!! 1st off NOT NEARLY THE SAME & THESE CLOWNS PUT PACK DATE 2\10\27 WTF?! GARBAGE LOW GRADE STALE ASS WEED

I placed an order. I got a text that my driver was headed out and 3 hours later, no driver. Nobody answers the phone either. Waste of time.

Customer service is trash no communication. Wouldn't recommend place knowingly they will let you order even if the drivers do not have it at the time, they wont tell you its just whem the driver is in fr0nt of you they explain. Very unprofessional and shady misleading business practices.
