I had a little bit of a rough experience the first time ordering but I tried again later and no problems at all very quick and prompt delivery friendly staff and awesome bud. Will definitely be ordering for delivery again its a very new service so cut them some slack for a problem you can always drive yourself to get it if you don't like the times

Need to manage online orders better

I think this dispensary needs to rework the ordering process better to align with the customer needs as well as the business. My order was held up and they should have called me after I placed my order to let me know they didn’t have the complete order in stock so they could get my approval and process it. By not contacting me, hours went by, weather got worse and in the end I didn’t get my delivery but others who ordered after me did. Don’t really like that. Should definitely reach out to customers and be more efficient and respect the customer’s time. I had to be the one to call and called three times, I don’t like to be uninformed. Expensive but it is delivery. Don’t know if product was good, wish I could tell you but wasted all night waiting for nothing.

Great dispensary…online ordering sucks

I love this shop-it’s close to my house and their bud and concentrates are always good. The staff is always friendly. The (huge) downside is their online ordering…both pickup and delivery. When you order pickup, your order will sit for hours without moving or showing acknowledgement. I usually just end up going in and telling them I have an online order and they will just put it together in front of me. What’s the point lol? Delivery is so disappointing. It used to be amazing. They had two female delivery drivers that were always quick and were awesome. It’s so bad now…they have canceled the past six orders I have placed without a call or reason why. Usually, orders will sit for hours prior to canceling. I keep trying and I don’t know why. I’m about to give up on them 😞

It's easier to go somewhere

Waited forever waiting and like an hour or two later I get a message that the information was wrong and I needed to go make another order. So much time wasted.

Horrible communication!

I placed an online order for delivery at 6:15 pm. It stated 60 to 90 minutes for delivery. We waited the time and I got an email saying it was delivered. I thought maybe they marked it as delivered when they went out the door for delivery. I waited until 9pm and no one showed or called. I then called the dispensary and the boy working said I did not make the order before delivery cut off time and I would have to replace the order today. NO calls were placed to me to let me know anything! We waited in pain to be highly let down. I ended up driving to another dispensary in pain and spent my money there. So this dispensary lost quite a bit of money and business and got a poor review. We will tell our friends and family not to deal with this dispensary and we are veterans connected to a lot of cannabis for veteran groups. Please in the future communicate better with customers. Making an outgoing call letting customers know they will not receive their order is not hard!

Twice I've ordered something to be delivered and both times I've been contacted to be told they're out, then offered a way lower quality product for the same price by a rude customer service agent. This place is just a scam and pure bait and switch advertising. I will be contacting the bbb to let them know. Also i know all these delivery services are ran by the same peoples so i wont be using those either. Thanks for wasting my time again. Wpuld give 0 stars if that was an option.

Refused delivery, no discrete curbside

Idk why I gave this awful dispo one more chance. Kept rejecting my delivery saying my address isn't valid, but they won't update their system to accept my address. Every time I try, it flips my address to a unknown location miles away. I did the courteous thing and waited on hold with the dispo for 10 minutes to let them know so some poor driver didn't get sent somewhere random for no reason. Instead of making it right or being helpful they just go oopsie we can't deliver to you haha too bad! Their dispatcher has some really interesting views of the law. They have "discrete curbside" as an option but I had a dispatcher refusing, saying they have to COME TO MY FRONT DOOR??? Very weird!!! Why even offer curbside? They lied and said it HAS to go to my exact residence but I've ordered from friends' houses multiple times before??? You want to pick and choose what laws to follow, I contacted the MED. Had packaging not up to regs and I've seen your employees not displaying their MED badge. ✌

If you plan on TRYING to get this place to deliver to you make sure you have a good 3-4 hour window for them to actually do anything. This was the worst experience i have ever had from a delivery service.
