I had a little bit of a rough experience the first time ordering but I tried again later and no problems at all very quick and prompt delivery friendly staff and awesome bud. Will definitely be ordering for delivery again its a very new service so cut them some slack for a problem you can always drive yourself to get it if you don't like the times

I have become a regular for Lova, as they have been able to deliver flower that is reasonably priced for the quality! I order delivery at least a few times a month! Highly recommend!

I messed something up with my first order and they called to help fix it right away . Delivery time was much quicker than anticipated and the woman who delivered was very kind . I will absolutely be ordering from here regularly!

I think this dispensary needs to rework the ordering process better to align with the customer needs as well as the business. My order was held up and they should have called me after I placed my order to let me know they didn’t have the complete order in stock so they could get my approval and process it. By not contacting me, hours went by, weather got worse and in the end I didn’t get my delivery but others who ordered after me did. Don’t really like that. Should definitely reach out to customers and be more efficient and respect the customer’s time. I had to be the one to call and called three times, I don’t like to be uninformed. Expensive but it is delivery. Don’t know if product was good, wish I could tell you but wasted all night waiting for nothing.

I love this shop-it’s close to my house and their bud and concentrates are always good. The staff is always friendly. The (huge) downside is their online ordering…both pickup and delivery. When you order pickup, your order will sit for hours without moving or showing acknowledgement. I usually just end up going in and telling them I have an online order and they will just put it together in front of me. What’s the point lol? Delivery is so disappointing. It used to be amazing. They had two female delivery drivers that were always quick and were awesome. It’s so bad now…they have canceled the past six orders I have placed without a call or reason why. Usually, orders will sit for hours prior to canceling. I keep trying and I don’t know why. I’m about to give up on them 😞

Waited forever waiting and like an hour or two later I get a message that the information was wrong and I needed to go make another order. So much time wasted.
