I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I placed an order and waited over five hours but never received it. About an hour after ordering, I called and was told I’d receive a text with an ETA. That text never came. I called again later and was told the driver would arrive within an hour. Once again, no delivery, no text, and no communication. I eventually tried to cancel my order, but no one answered. As someone who used to work as a dispensary delivery driver, I understand delays happen. But if I had left a customer waiting five hours with little to no communication, I would have been fired. The delay wasn’t even the biggest issue—it was the repeated promises and lack of honesty. I hope the owner sees this. Respecting customers’ time and communicating honestly should be the standard. I won’t be ordering from here again.
