This was my first experience with Lilykis: The delivery experience was extremely frustrating due to poor communication. I was never in contact with the driver directly. Instead, I had to repeatedly call the dispensary for updates. On two separate occasions, I was assured that the driver would contact me shortly, but I never received any communication. I was eventually told the driver had been in an accident, which is unfortunate, and I sincerely hope they're okay. However, this review is about everything leading up to that accident. The lack of communication, disorganization, and repeated broken promises made it clear that keeping the customer informed was not a priority. Very bad first impression, I will never attempt to do business with them again.
