I ordered 1 item @9pm got notified that my order was delivered and completed at 10pm. Called the store , they said the driver just picked it up. Got a text from the driver at 10:10pm telling me he will be at my place at 11:30 pm. I call driver at 11:40 and he told me he was 15 mins away. He never showed up. I was waiting outside for like 30 mins before past midnight hit and called it a night. Will Never use them again. What a disappointment/ disaster of a company. If I were them I would just shut down entirely.

The delivery ETA was clearly stated as 30 to 60 minutes, yet it took them over two and a half hours without ever providing an updated ETA. Their customer service was completely unacceptable: they were unapologetic and even lied about the driver having an accident, which never happened. Carr from dispensary loves to lie about unhappened occurrences so that they can continue to lie about orders that will never be fulfilled. Trust the other negative reviews—this dispensary will not fulfill your order, and dealing with them is a complete waste of time. They are, in my experience, the most unethical dispensary I have ever encountered. On top of everything, the product they deliver is old and subpar. Do not expect anything decent from them. COMPLETE SCAM.
