I placed an order at 8:53pm on Mon 9/15, which then seemed to be packed quickly and had an estimated of 30-60 mins delivery. Then the order on Weedmaps claims it was “out on delivery” since ~9:15pm, yet I received no update on the delivery time, driver etc. I texted, called and emailed the Kushism and no response, and I had to go sleep for work in the morning and gave up at 11:20pm. In the morning, I found a text at 12:18am asking if I could accept delivery in 20 mins. Which means they took over four hours to try to fulfil the order! And who knows how long this might have actually taken. Several days later, they claim my "order has been delivered", which is suspicious - and still no one contacted me. Very disappointed, waste of time and very poor customer service. Avoid - probably a scam!
