I used to be a repeated customer. I noticed a 1g I bought looked more like a mini. Put it against my minis and it was the same size. Unsure if it was made the wrong weight on purpose or mislabeled. Called to let them know and customer service person keep basically arguing with me repeating himself and sure he was right. Uhm sir, it’s an $8 1g joint. Did he expect me to ask for a $4 refund or more weed? No. I called just to inform, yet stayed just for a rude interaction.
