Manager MJ to the rescue

I ordered a bunch of pre-rolls that were infused. I order like 4 products which came to $180.00 but one of the items didn't make in the bag. I text the service that was updating me with details and was told to pick up the missing item the next day. I called Kolas let them know the issues and went to the Kolas store where MJ the Manager took care of the issue. I had copies of the receipt from Kolas and weed maps. MJ had to run an investigation to make sure there was no foul play. Once they found out that my item never made it in the bag they replace my item. Great customer service and follow-up.

I went for the first time and i love the variety and the information that they give you on the strains and that is a plus for me because i stay in pain so i chose the lemon sponge cake and a preroll of purple passion i think🤔But i love the lemon sponge cake and I definitely will buy it again whenever my pain is unbearable i will go to them...THEY ARE TRULY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I LOVE THE STAFF SO SWEET...

Ordered from this service a few times and unfortunately my experience with them has been mixed. The pros: they have the same prices as they have in store so it’s convenient. The cons: there over the phone staff is meh. First time ordering the guy was pleasant but seemed a little slow with technology. My second time ordering the guy was completely inept, the guy answers and the moment pleasantries were over he starts taking my order and hangs up on me. I call back and try to place my order again, he takes my order then puts me on hold for forever making a simple order take 10+ minutes because the employee had a difficult time figuring out how to take a simple 3 item order. As far as delivery services this is par for the course. Every weed delivery service seems to be following a little known California Guideline that prevents them from hiring more than one good employee. With that being said they are on the lower end of ineptitude although their services are lackluster the complete lack of quality delivery services makes them look decent in comparison.
