Manager MJ to the rescue

I ordered a bunch of pre-rolls that were infused. I order like 4 products which came to $180.00 but one of the items didn't make in the bag. I text the service that was updating me with details and was told to pick up the missing item the next day. I called Kolas let them know the issues and went to the Kolas store where MJ the Manager took care of the issue. I had copies of the receipt from Kolas and weed maps. MJ had to run an investigation to make sure there was no foul play. Once they found out that my item never made it in the bag they replace my item. Great customer service and follow-up.

I went for the first time and i love the variety and the information that they give you on the strains and that is a plus for me because i stay in pain so i chose the lemon sponge cake and a preroll of purple passion i think🤔But i love the lemon sponge cake and I definitely will buy it again whenever my pain is unbearable i will go to them...THEY ARE TRULY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I LOVE THE STAFF SO SWEET...

Ordered from this service a few times and unfortunately my experience with them has been mixed. The pros: they have the same prices as they have in store so it’s convenient. The cons: there over the phone staff is meh. First time ordering the guy was pleasant but seemed a little slow with technology. My second time ordering the guy was completely inept, the guy answers and the moment pleasantries were over he starts taking my order and hangs up on me. I call back and try to place my order again, he takes my order then puts me on hold for forever making a simple order take 10+ minutes because the employee had a difficult time figuring out how to take a simple 3 item order. As far as delivery services this is par for the course. Every weed delivery service seems to be following a little known California Guideline that prevents them from hiring more than one good employee. With that being said they are on the lower end of ineptitude although their services are lackluster the complete lack of quality delivery services makes them look decent in comparison.

Do not use kolas delivery. Every single time I have tried to order from them they bring the wrong product and they don't really care about customer service! Horrible!

Total lack of communication at this place. If you order delivery from here, be prepared to not get it. I’ve heard that Kolas is a great business but they have some work to do when it comes to delivery. For instance, yesterday at 5:40 I placed an order and an hour later Kolas calls me and asks what I ordered. Then I’m told that they’re out of what I ordered and that one of the products I wanted wasn’t displayed on their menu properly and that it was a different product entirely. Okay but no thanks. I want what I ordered, not other crap. Then he thanked me for my patience and told a me a driver would reach out soon. So I stay up for a while waiting for someone to reach out but eventually it’s time to go to bed. I call at 9:14 and leave a message saying that I no longer want the order and that I won’t be home the next day so don’t bother even trying to deliver. But guess what? While I’m working I miss several calls and texts saying that my delivery has arrived. Like wtf?

Order never came

I placed an order while they were still open. I got the text I usually get saying I would be texted when it’s ready for delivery. By the time I looked for the number to call they were closed. No reaching out saying to was too late to order. Nothing. Reached out to Weedmaps and they said I have to contact them but it showed they completed my order.

This place SUCKS!!!

First time I ordered from them everything went smoothly. But the last 3 times I’ve tried to order it’s been a nightmare each time. The second time they messed up my order and gave me a half gram cartridge vs the full gram I ordered and then made me jump through a million hoops with customer service just for them to fix it. The third time I was called and told their “only driver” got in an accident and therefore was no ETA on when I would get my order so I had to cancel. Tonight I tried giving them one last chance only to be called at 7:15 PM telling me they didn’t feel like getting my order to me before the next day, and would give me no details on when it would even be coming the next day; also wanting me to call and do the mental gymnastics that you have to do with their customer service when ordering from them. Stay away from this place unless you want to be extremely disappointed.

Takes 4 hours to get a pen and a cart also i didn’t even get the cart and pen because it never showed I waisted my day they literally bent me of and took me from behind I could have ordered someone else that would get it for me if you take 4 hours let it be known then so that I can take my business else where treating customers time like I can get it whenever you want I was promised 3 hours then you take 4 hours and then you don’t wanna bring it to be because you took longer and make me wait another day just to smoke you’re trippin know if you can fit the order don’t make fake promises and waist my entire day so you can try your best to get 75 bucks off me a waist of dam time I could have grown the weed and harvest the weed then cure the weed and build my own kind of wax pen just to smoke out a dam pen TRASH SERVICE
