Terrible experience from start to finish. I spent hours placing and waiting on an expensive delivery order, only to receive a brief and rude phone call informing me that my order would not be delivered. At no point during the ordering process was I given the information that apparently prevented delivery, so this situation could have been avoided entirely with proper communication. What was most disappointing wasn’t even the cancellation itself, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no explanation, no attempt to help, and no effort to make things right. As a first-time customer, this was enough to ensure I won’t be returning. I had planned on visiting the store in person, but after how I was treated, I can’t recommend this business to anyone.

I ordered 5 carts at 2:30 and a driver arrived around 5:00 with the wrong order. He then called his manager who said id receive a discount and that it would be delivered as soon as possible. 1 hour later they call me asking if my order was misdelivered, to which i reply that it was. She then tells me it will now be reprocessed (so i have to wait the entirety again). Finally by 9:50 i receive my order with no additional discount and I'm very upset. Wish i could leave no stars.
