The whole online shopping process was easier than I expected. It just takes quite a bit of time to find a supplier that has what you want, at reasonable prices, and has a Minimum Order threshold that you can meet. KOLAS satisfied all three. Once the order was placed I was very happy with the speed, the progress reporting, and I could track the delivery in real-time all the way to my door.

Wrong order

Received someone else’s order. Was promised to receive the exact gummies I ordered next day or some sort of credits but still haven’t heard back from store.

I ordered 5 carts at 2:30 and a driver arrived around 5:00 with the wrong order. He then called his manager who said id receive a discount and that it would be delivered as soon as possible. 1 hour later they call me asking if my order was misdelivered, to which i reply that it was. She then tells me it will now be reprocessed (so i have to wait the entirety again). Finally by 9:50 i receive my order with no additional discount and I'm very upset. Wish i could leave no stars.

I ordered on line waited about an hour and checked back and my order had been canceled. I called and was told they don’t deliver after 8:00 pm. I ordered it at 7:45. If they don’t need the business that’s fine but to not shoot me a text or email letting me know that they had cancelled was irritating.

They always have stuff on there menu they are sold out of… every-time I order the call me saying would you like something else??? I think they are just trying to up charge you.. definitely if you order late they will cancel probably because they are lazy. I ordered at .6:50 you close at 7:30 deliver my order. After that they text me in the am still want your order we will be there right at this is at 7:40am 12:10 show up??? Not to mention they didn’t have my order right. What a joke please save yourself the time and frustration

I placed an order at 3:30pm where they quote a 2 hr delivery time. For whatever reason, they canceled my order and never let me know. I called after 8pm to get the status and it was only then they informed the order was canceled. And the order STILL shows pending fulfillment as of this writing. Don't waste your time on these guys. They'll leave you hanging.
