Cost more $ then was on receipt

The dude who came to deliver was nice! and the product is ok. I had forgotten I had ordered from this place before because I had ordered directly from their website instead of weedmaps. Weedmaps automatically applied the first time discount because I hadn't ordered on WM from them before. The price was WAY more when the people got here then what was on the receipt. Not because they removed the FT discount, it still had the discount...just somehow the total came out to $84 instead of the $71 weedmaps told me. When I showed them my receipt they said they were still going to charge me the $84, I asked if I could just decline the order because it was more expensive then I had thought and I wasn't sure if I had the extra money. I ended up going inside and looking around to see if I had extra cash, I found it and brought it to the gentleman. Overall, not going to order from this place ever again. Thanks.

This is only the 2nd time I have shopped with Klover, once by online delivery and once in-person earlier tonight, but in both cases I have experienced exceptional customer service. I only fly into San Diego 2 -3 nights out of the year, and the flights aren't always consistent, and Klover has gone above and beyond trying to accommodate my needs with my inconsistent schedule. They not only notify you of order statuses, updates and deliveries, but they keep in contact with you personally about changes and accommodations to your orders. I had tried other dispensaries on other trips, but from now on I will stick with Klover 100%.

This was my first time using this place and they were so accommodating and nice from the very beginning. I made a huge mistake and double ordered from two dispensaries and forgot to cancel one of the orders. And this company was so understanding about my last minute change. Wasted my time

I cancelled my first order - I waited over an hour just to get a call just to tell me they were out of some of the items I ordered. Then told me I needed to go to an ATM to get cash because their card terminals were down. If I’m getting in my car to go to ATM then I’m going to the store myself. No sense in getting it delivered. I recommend offering a discount if you’re pushing this as an alternative. Thank you for the sloppy service 🤝 gave you 3 stars just due to the fact you guys called.
