My address was confused but instead of calling me, I had to reach out to you. Three times actually. I was promised some goods would be added to my order but they were missing.
Every time I place an order for delivery I get a phone call stating that sime of what I wanted is not available just about all the time. If something is selling fast then it is the dispensary's responsibility to meet the demand. Not this place. In just about most cases I have to settle. If that is the norm then what is the point of even remaining to be a customer. I will not longer do business with thos place because this happens most of the time and even within the dispensary itself. I have other options of not being forced to just settle. No more settling from now on. I will do what I do when this happens at other places. I will continue to no longer buy from them. Very disappointed with this place. Used to be five star. Now no longer deserves even one star.
So when I made the order, it said my order was a certain price and when the delivery driver arrived, my order was like a seven dollars more and my product was mostly shake and super dry that’s was my first and last time
Ordered from here because I was said to be able to get delivery to my location after browsing menu and choosing items and then ordering for wife as well, we got confirmation and waited for a roughly 30 minutes while watching delivery tracker never moved then after 40 minutes got a call saying they cannot complete my order and they are canceling
I very highly recommend this place. As time passes by this delivery service keeps getting better and better. There is a very great selection of products. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Products are delivered quickly. Definitely give this place a try. You certainly will not be disappointed.

Weedmaps and Joyology Get it together Please
I placed an order yesterday and the total came to $27.87. Weedmaps did not charge for delivery because as stated free delivery on orders with minimum purchase of $20. However, when the delivery driver came, I was charged $3.00. The delivery driver called Joyology and the delivery fee was waived, but it was done as a courtesy and then Guy on the phone specifically said that Weedmaps has it wrong. Joyology charges delivery fee on anything under $50. Weedmaps and Joyology has to clear this problem up immediately. If it says free then it’s free. Until it’s corrected I will not leave a driver a tip. Now on Weedmaps get it together on the THC levels. On the app, the THC levels are higher than what’s on the actual product. Get it together immediately.
Ordered a 1/8th of one of the new sourdough strains by doghouse, I had already had tried and smoked this strain, when I get home the label says sourdough by doghouse , but they def swapped the flower with some outdoor looking stufffrom their bottom shelf, I had to do curbside pick up so I didn’t see them weigh the flower out in front of me, buyers beware, this shop is going downhill due to its terrible and shady employees
Terrible phone customer service. All they do is transfer you to a line that is bz & can’t take a message because their mailbox is full. Still don’t know if they even have my order. Very frustrating!! Won’t deal with them anymore! The front desk ppl are very rude 🤬
only ordered 2 times. both times it has taken over 4 hours to get here. I ordered tonight at 330pm and my delivery is still 20 minutes away. they messaged me 3 different times saying they were 18-20 minutes away. now almost 5 hours late and it's still not here. horrible management if you ask me. very least they could have done is be honest on how long it would really take.
Bought a $100oz and it had shake and a bunch of small dry buds any other place has good $100oz with nice fresh buds,the picture online is not what I got in person will never come back to this place for flower I don’t recommend.
