The manager at the Jade room rectify the situation for us very easily and with good customer service I wish I remembered her name also the driver Jake up who they sent made sure I was a priority delivered the products in a timely manner and was just so sweet and considerate I really appreciate being treated so kind

I'm from Washington

So being from Washington state this is not what I'm used to. We have dispensaries everywhere and you can always find deals so it's much cheaper and faster. I've only used a few delivery services being in California and they usually take awhile but this one was a 4-5 hr wait that started at 45 mins and kept getting extended. We even called bc we didnt know if it was still coming. I thought he would come to the door so we didn't walk out to the car until he called and told us to come out. We weren't sure if we should approach him in his vehicle since we chose drop off at door. It was about $150 for 4 cartridges. I would use them again if they had a sale or something.

Hello. I bought this 1G plug & play and it won’t charge. There’s certainly still a lot left in there. Any chance I get a refund or replacement?

Huge fail!

I jumped through the hoops to place the order. Tried to order directly by phone. Was directed to order via WM. I’ve called asking for assistance on their shady promo that requires you add on an item to meet $ min delivery. Finally completed the order. Had to resubmit my id. Another question about expiration date. It’s on the ID. An hour later the order is canceled. Why? I called jade room and received huge attitude from the person I’ve spoken to at each step. They canceled the order for a new hurdle reason and now the delivery time is magically hours later. Sounds like my order was bumped with a side of attitude. Cancelled. Plenty of other places.

I use Weedmaps anytime I travel within California (SF, SD, LA, Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, etc). Never once have I been asked to jump through hoops before a delivery until ordering from this place. Fortunately I was able to order from a different dispensary without the hassle of the going back to the 1800s.
