Bad customer service.

Jade room delivered the wrong product to my home, even after the dispatcher checked the order. I was then told that the manager said it would be too expensive to delivery me the correct product and it would be my responsibility to go drive to them to return it. Don’t use this service. You will be disappointed.

I was given a total after discount of 69.80 on my order. when they reached out to confirm they told me it was 82.14, which was the total before the discount. when i called them, the guy on the phone did math in his head and told me the total was now 79 something because of taxes that weren't even listed on the receipt. Don't buy from this dispensary; they will up charge you

Defective Battery

Delivery itself was complicated because driver was little to reliant on maps. However the main issue is that your own battery was defective; tried with 2 usb chargers for various times but no change in either light indicators and hits only last couple seconds.
