Ordered once in person and twice online. Both online orders I made included products that were out of stock and the menu wasn't updated, the first order took several phone calls and with the second they stopped responding in the online chat and never delivered. The first two times also had great deals but when there aren't any running it doesn't feel like a good value.

I am a newer patient to this dispensary and have been truly loving the quality of flower and the compassionate experiences with everyone who works there (being someone with chronic illness this is especially important to me and currently unparalleled in this area of Maine). Recently took a chance to try a new rosin cartridge and it has seriously been life-changing in my ability to access medicine & lower pain so quickly! It is easily the best cart of its kind that I've tried! Would highlyyyyy (yes pun intended) recommend Indico!

My wife and I are on our honeymoon. We started running short on medication and needed to find a provider. We looked on Weedmaps and found a place in kittery called Indico. I spoke with the man who delivered to us that night trying to find the perfect flower to help both my new wife and I relax and get into the mood for us to enjoy a movie together. After asking a few questions he mentioned a flower called Mimosa. We had never heard of it or tried it so we ordered it. It was exactly what we needed both of us found it to be the perfect balance of flavor and long lasting effect. It was seriously some of the best flower I have ever purchased in the State of Maine and I am very picky about what I like. Simply amazing flower. Was honestly skeptical ordering delivery from any place I havent seen the products in person.Indico's menu/flower was the best looking out of the services in my area, and the Humble Pie from Stella Farm sounded interesting. Indico more than exceeded any expections I had trying delivery for the first time. Ordered through weedmaps...it never notified me the order was recieved by Indico or on the way to me .Almost an hour went by and weedmaps say "pending" on my order still. I figured i was out of luck. Walked over to a friends house. Maybe 15mins later i get a weedmaps notification my order has been placed, 30seconds later John from Indico calls me and says he has arrived with my order. He was friendly and incredibly patient waiting for me to run back to my house plus through in a free preroll and drink drops. Flower tastes good plus great for my anxiety and insomnia. Way better than expected.Will be a repeat patient.Advise calling,weedmaps ordering is glitchy and lags behind it seems

SOOOO HAPPPPY for these words! Its been realy hard for us to express to people the ease of service and ordering online. We like to explain it like Dominos pizza tracker meets Uber!!! While we work on getting a patient office (dealing with the town has been a nightmare but working diligently for you all you deserve fair access to our meds) We are doing our best to make the experiece as easy as possible and to help educate the patient as well as offer an individual experience. We are happy to answer any questions ytou may have or show you anything you have questions about. Hopefully the stars will align soon so we may have our office, but until then thank you for understanding and your loyalty :) As far as the weedmaps ordering glitching the service was still in Beta and testing phases and I hope that we have worked out any of the bugs as well as the training on the service. Keeping up to date on all these new programs and services can be quite tricky! The notifications have become much better on it as well and we also should have a customer deal text service soon also so definitely keep posted and in touch with us! Ordered from these dudes for the first time about a week ago. Service was fantastic, and on top of the 2 cartridges I ordered they gave me a free preroll and some thc drink mixer and I really appreciate that. as I personally love free things especially when those free things are weed related. Both cartridges were fantastic. (one being the blue zkittlez and the other being jack herer) the distillate was a little less clear and more golden than pictured but the potency and flavor were both incredible so no complaints here. The drink mixer didn’t really effect me much personally but that’s to be expected as 100mg really never does anything to me so someone else may have a great time with that. And man that preroll was fantastic didn’t burn too fast and put out some dank hits. I’m super grateful to have these dudes around here
