Crazy fast

They came at me crazy fast! Told me about some 1.5 to 2 hour wait time, which I was expecting. Then 10minutes go by and I get a text talking about 1 hr arrival....Ok, coo... then next 5 minutes I get a text from driver taking about 15 minutes. Then, 15 minutes and he’s there.....Really? 30 minutes from start to finish? How are you going to beat that? NASCAR status. 5 stars all day on that.

Frustrated with Delivery, now Thrilled!

I had previously posted about my concerns with the new delivery system/operations they are using. I was frustrated with an accurate wait times, and how long the process was taking now compared to before. The product, and people have always been great! But what really changed my mind, was hearing from Jake. After I posted my review, he called me and explained how the company is growing and experiencing growing pains from time to time. He told me that they value me as a customer, value my opinion and will look to make changes in the future. It’s this kind of customer service that will take the stigma away from this industry. Too often there are irresponsible and negligent owners and managers who know how to make a quick buck, but do not know how to operate a business. Thank you for your time today Jake, I am definitely a customer for life.
