After years in the Riverside market, I’ve never seen a service charge such a high premium while offering zero promo codes, no loyalty rewards, and zero incentives for repeat customers. They are charging 20-30% more for the exact same products you can find at local shops like Pounds or Frost. The 'convenience' isn't worth the predatory pricing. Don’t let the branding fool you; you’re just overpaying for zero appreciation

dont open any container without the delivery guys consent , i opened a container of crumble to smell it and wasnt suppose too the guy forgot to mention it to me , it was already to late i had to buy it cause it was opened ,wasnt my plan kinda threw me off of what i had planned to get , dont get me wrong great place just had to buy something i didnt want because of mistake!!!!

We did have an issue in the past with people pureposely opening sealed containers and we had to crack down, however when its a one time mistake we aren't going to make you purchase the product. The sealed products are sealed for patient safety so we are super duper strict on opening fully sealed products for sanitary and the safety of our patients. Well we've used hyperwolf now 3 times and all I can say is their good in every aspect. They have you order by texting and get back to you quickly even at high volume occasionally they are out of things on the menu. So far everything we've ordered has been exccellent quality and what they describe what its like is exactly that so far. We have not been disappointed in any of the products we've ordered.
