Difficult to get promos honored

This place is stingy with their promos and have very specific terms. Not a streamlined ordering process and was a headache trying to get the deal I thought I was getting. This happens every time I try to order from this place. Stay away!

First time buyer, and just wanted to say Humbleroot is 100% legit, 100% professional, and 100% awesome. Very good communicators; communicated through all steps of the transaction, with no hidden surprises or false expectations. Also i ordered late in the day (around 745pm) and was worried about the driver delivering in bad weather and late hour (received the items just before 10pm; 2hours delivery--pretty awesome). However, despite the late hour, Steven was coolest, nicest guy ever! 100% professional and genuinely good character. He didn't seem like he'd been driving around for hours doing mindless deliveries, he seemed very upbeat and full of energy. He was even very humble about my late order, going the extra mile to say it was no problem and order anytime before close. Best human ever!
