Everything was great! Super helpful. My only complaint is the driver didn’t want to bring the package to my door and expected me to come out to the street. When I pay for a delivery service my expectation is you come to my door 🤪

I had to call to find out when it was gonna show up and when it did show up, it was wrong as a customer who orders from you quite regularly other than I had a month gap cause I was out of town the way you chose to handle it was not great at all. I appreciate your driver and I did not let my dissatisfaction with your company per reflect his tip, but it will be the last order that I place

Customers on-the-go can choose from a variety of half gram and full gram vape cartridges and pods from Raw Garden, Stiiizy, and PlugPlay. All of our flower and concentrates come in a variety of strains and are available in indica, sativa, and hybrid formulas. High Tide customers can choose from an assortment of cannabis-infused edibles from Kiva, Camino, Lost Farm and Smokiez all available in 100mg. They also carry great smoking accessories like papers, grinders, lighters and even the entire line up of Puffco products all available for same day delivery! 🪴

The easiest way to place an order is directly on our website, but you can also place your order here on WeedMaps. If you have any questions or need assistance placing your order, please send us a text message or give us a call and our operators will be more than happy to help. Our order minimum is $40 and there is no delivery fee. High Tide will only deliver to a verified residential/work address or a verified hotel/AirBnb accommodation. Verifying the delivery address is an important part of our process to ensure safety and compliance. Customers can verify the address by text messaging us a photo/screenshot of their drivers license or hotel/Airbnb reservation. Please make sure the photo you send us has both your name and address clearly visible. If your ID does not have your delivery address on it, you can also text us a copy of a utility bill, proof of employment or any other mail that would have your name and delivery address on it. High Tide accepts cash along with our secure & contactless pre-pay method, Stronghold. After placing your order, you will receive a text message with instructions how to Pre-Pay. Please present your ID to your delivery driver and we kindly request that you wear a face covering to prevent the spread of germs during the Covid pandemic. High Tide is devoted to ensuring the safety and privacy of all our customers.
