I placed an order late last night that had to be rescheduled for today due to lack of drivers; budtender Jeremy was extremely kind and apologetic, and even offered to throw something extra in my new order for the inconvenience. He was very communicative and kind from start to finish. Benito has been doing my deliveries at multiple locations and never fails to keep me updated en route.
