They charged me more?

While everything in the order was great, the issue was the payment. They changed me an extra $3 that even the delivery person was confused by. It wasn't the additional card charge and it wasn't apparent until after paying. Even after meeting the driver, it took 15min past the amount of time just checking the order and paying in order to clarify this additional charge. I will say, his supervisor reached out to me during this time but even she was confused. The delivery driver offered to get me the $3.69 from the nearby CVS to pay me back but obviously that would have further extended what was supposed to be a quick hand-off. I appreciate High Seas being on top of this case but also at the same time, urge them to sort off what is wrong with their system. Due to this unclear kerfuffle, I don't feel comfortable buying from here again as they don't even know why I was additionally charged. Who's to say I won't be charged more than $3.69 next time?

We appreciate the feedback and comments regarding this mistake. It is never ok for a customer to be overcharged at High Seas. It seems like our staff was unable to explain where the additional fee came from, in fact, it could have been a mistake all together. We have tried to look it up in the system but were unsuccessful finding a transaction that matched the overcharge. We never want our customers to have any confusion regarding the delivery or payment process and apologize for the confusion. We take these matters seriously and we want to make sure we can address the staff and correct this mistake so that it doesn't happen again. Shipped wrong item, although it was more THC (100 vs 10MG), it's NOT what I wanted or what I order. Please do not ship substitutes without call first, it disappointing!
