This place is unlike any other in the Bay. The customer service is top notch. Gave em a call and Francell was able to help me become a member and get my order to me right away. I'm used to delivery service being just about the biz and the money but with Francell it was like I was talking with an old friend. I love that when the order is on the way you get a GPS tracker which for someone who does everything last minute, it was super helpful. Once my flower arrived I was even more impressed with the quality, the driver Emilio was wonderful and super knowledgable. Now on to the actual product, I don't even remember the last time a delivery gave me free goodies but HerbNJoy PULLED THROUGH! THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A GOOD BUSINESS! The bud is absolute fire and super fresh. I'm tired of buying bud that is high priced and old. Such a happy customer and I am for sure going to continue buying only from them! I am one happy homegirl for sure.

Best Dispensary in the Bay!
After one experience with Herbnjoy, I am hooked. The service is not only efficient but also friendly and relaxed, which made it feel much less transactional and very personal. Shoutout to Deanna who is AMAZING! If you get a chance to order from her, do it, because she is knowledgeable, kind, and generous, and she'll make sure to help you find what you like and maybe even throw in something extra :). The menu is extensive, comprehensive, and is constantly growing and expanding, which is exciting and helpful, not to mention that the products are high quality and there is something for everyone! I live in Pleasant Hill, so I am thrilled that there is now a Walnut Creek location. I love how the locations and delivery span a significant area of the bay, as there are various locations and delivery is easily available. I highly, highly recommend Herbnjoy to anyone from newbies to seasoned stoners and everyone in between. They will feel like your friends, not just your weed providers!

We had some trouble with our driver but the customer service was great and they worked quick to make sure our order gets to us before a certain time and were extremely helpful !!!

Fast Service, Immediately contacted me to confirm order and came within an hour. There was a slight problem with the delivery address, and they threw in an extra gram of top shelf flower. Great prices for good bud. Lower price is good weed, definitely well worth the price for the high and taste. They also offer the best prices for the higher end tree which is phenomenal. 10/10 experience would and did recommend to all my friends.

This place is not open 24 hours they need to definitely change that. Call them a couple times and it goes straight to voicemail

You can place your order 24 hours, but we deliver between 10AM to 9PM. Our 24 hours status allows customer to place orders at any time without having to wait for the store to open. We are available to take calls between 10AM and 9PM. We hope this answers your query.

Poor use of wording.
They are not open 24 hours and should not advertise as such. All menus are available for all Weedmaps users to view 24 hours and most can place an order whenever you want it just won’t be processed until the opening time for delivery. Very misleading…. And irritating. Going all the way through the process to place and order and then being told to schedule a delivery for the following day.
