i found herb n joy while scrolling through the delivery services i was looking for change, and better quality/brands and pricing, herb n joy checked off all those boxes with no issue at all. i made the delivery later at night to be dropped off next day at specific time frame of 9am-10 am, and Jen the driver was on time around 930 and had everything ready and smile/great attitude! :) i was new to this place so since i wasnt able to apply the New customer discount of 30% at checkout they applied at the next day for me which was super clutch as prices were already excellent this made my day also got high-quality all in one disposable gramlin brand which most Delivery service services don't carry! I will be purchasing from here now on and everyone else should do the same the other places are just too overpriced and their deals just are not anywhere close to herb n joy thank you you herb n joy and thank you jen for your amazing delivery service

I am a regular customer at Herb N' Joy and there customer service has been great. However, on my last order, through Weedmaps, I ordered on Thursday with delivery on Friday. The prices changed on all 8 items when the ordered was received from the delivery driver. The sale had ended on Friday (I assume that was the case) and the prices on my order per Weedmaps still showed the sale prices on Friday but Herb N' Joy's computer system doesn't lock in the prices on the day you ordered from Weedmaps the prior day. I called them after the delivery when I realized the mistake. They credited my account for the $22 I overpayed and will apply the credit towards my next order. And I am happy with that. Again good customer service experience but they need to fix their pricing system on web orders to honor sales prices at the time of the online order and I am taking 2 stars of my rating for that problem. But I will continue ordering from them. Their prices are hard to beat and good cust. serv..

I ordered early in the day. I scheduled my delivery block for a 230 to 330. It is now 630. I still have not received anything and I’m being told it’s going to be pushed out even further past 7:30 pm I have somewhere to be.I don’t mind that it was pushed out. However, a four hour block is crazy. Not to mention I have to call to get these updates because no one willingly gives you the information that your things are being pushed out so far…. Waste of my time
