Scammed me and told me it wasn't their problem.

I ended up spending almost 200 dollars on 7 grams of dry weed because whatever distributor they're getting it from doesn't package all of their weed correctly. I ended up getting two 7oz bags that only had 3.5oz of weed in them... When I told them that I clearly got 3.5oz in two 7oz bags (I even measured it with a scale) the woman on the phone rudely told me that "We have no control over what we sell you, and if the distributor is putting in the wrong amount there's nothing we can do. No, we don't scale our products, it'd be impossible to weigh them all". They obviously don't care since they got their money. They refused to give me what I was owed, refused to refund me the difference, and didn't seem to care. They didn't bother trying and I will never be buying from these scammers again.

I ordered, picked a delivery time, the guy came, scanned my ID, charged my card, and went on to the next one. Super nice guy by the way.
