Horrible they want your whole bank info to make a payment for delivery. Won’t just accept a regular card payment. Cancelled my entire order

Hi, sorry to hear you had a poor experince. Yes, you are correct. The way our payment system works is through Plaid! :) Stronghold uses them to link up bank information and autorize charges that way. Unfortunetly we do not have a regular debit terminal our drivers can bring out with them. We have tried it in the past and it did not work out for us. We cannot accept a regular card payment unless in store done off of the debit terminals we have. We understand this can be frustrating but it is how we have to work in order to offer card payments in general for delivery. We are working with the regulations put into place. It is harder for cannabis to work alongside banks without being dropped. Please email us over at Inbox@haze420.com and let us know more about your experince.
