I placed a delivery order on Christmas Day at 1:40 PM, honestly not expecting much because it was a holiday — but I was blown away. The communication was incredibly quick, clear, and friendly from the start. There was no confusion, no delays, and I felt reassured the entire time. The delivery arrived within about 40 minutes, which felt almost unreal given the day and time. What really stood out was the kindness and patience shown during the delivery. My kiddo was so excited about their Christmas presents and could not stop talking — and instead of rushing or seeming annoyed, the driver was genuinely kind, engaging, and understanding. That meant more to me than I can explain. On top of all of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially for a same-day holiday delivery.
