Canceled order after 2 hours

I could have easily chosen somewhere else. No one called. No one asked for additional info. I’ve ordered from here before and twice they suck. Cancel right away if you can’t handle business. Don’t waste my time. Try going to a restaurant- ordering your meal- waiting 2 hours- and then they cancel your meal. No explanation. After 2 hrs, they canceled RIGHT BEFORE THEY CLOSED…. No options for me to even call.

The logic here is that you ordered after hours. The last chance to place a delivery order is at 7pm. If your online order does not meet the cutoff then the order never makes it through. Our contact info is on our website and we have customer service standing by until the shop closes at 9pm. I ask that you try again and receive our 5 star Delivery Service. As a disabled person I have one form of I’d. I was told only way to get my medicine if I come to the store are you kidding me it’s covid season. What a joke. If I can give you no star I would. Retrain your worker especially kuz

For deliveries we require 2 forms of ID for first time customers due to security reasons, however if you get into direct contact with one of our managers we would be more than happy to work something out with you so you don't have to come into the store if you don't want to. We understand your concerns with COVID, thats why our employees are checked before they come in every shift and we follow a routine sanitation protocol to minimize any potential exposure/spread between customers. As a member to member co-op, Golden State Greens Point Loma Delivery is wholeheartedly dedicated to providing our members with the perfect medication for their needs and budgets, delivered promptly and with a smile!

All new patients must have a valid Government ID or driver's license and their original California doctor's recommendation (with the raised seal and doctor's signature) to receive a delivery, MMJ cards will not be accepted for first time patients.

Golden State Point Loma offers a 15% discount on regular menu-priced items to our VETERANS and DISABLED patients. Please provide documentation (military identification, disability placard, or other documentation) to receive this discount.
