Hey surf2lds! We are right over the hill! We are located here in Point Loma at 3452 Hancock St (92110) right behind Pechanga Arena. Once your order is created it is added to our queue of both delivery & pickup orders. The team is allowed one hour to prepare orders for both pickup and for the driver's multiple drop-offs. The driver is then given a 90 minute window to drive safely around San Diego and drop off all of those different orders. We hope that clarifies the dynamics of how an order is prepared, packaged then delivered. As far as the short change is concerned, can you please reach out to us so we can identify your account and further investigate the events of that day? I'd also like to place a small discount on your account just as a courtesy for reaching out. Stay Golden!

Good product, but three hours??

It's a shame that I like all of the quality products I got... I made the order around 3, didn't hear anything until around 5, and didn't get my order until about 7. Maybe next time I'll just pick it up, because I REALLY like the products.

THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN REPORTED!!!!. All cannabis data is tracked. Including when the product is taken to a residents and when the product and transaction is completed between the driver and customer. After reviewing the data 2/1, there is not one delivery that shows a 3 hour gap, as you your review portrays. The longest gap was during rush hour and it was only 1hour 12mins in between the time the order was taken and the time order was put in the hands of our customer.

Prices are wrong

I ordered 5 grams of wax and was only delivered 4 and charged the same amount. They charge more taxes than are said plus don't fill orders correctly. I waited over 2 hours for the delivery as well.
