Gatsby is one of the worst places to get Marijuana from the prices are terrible (Way too high) compared to other stores and they don’t apply the discounts that they advertise. Delivery takes 5-6 hours every time not always the best quality weed either sucks because they’re the only company that delivers in the West Bloomfield area not to mention you guys didn’t even send me what I ordered this is a totally different strain of weed TERRIBLE I always feel ripped off when I shop with them and I’m a very loyal customer I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them because no one else delivers in the area. Wedmaps. We need more store options for West Bloomfield, please.

The promo on this App, was not valid at the Store. Waited almost 2 hours to let me know, so the delivery was already out when the manager called.

They add $$ to your Weedmaps total. Every time. Make sure you ask if the discount was applied to your order.

Incredibly underwhelmed with my order, and the total was wrong

They will tell you that they're out of stock on certain items, just for someone else to say that they have them. The deals on Weedmaps are worse than the deals in store, because to them, in store shoppers should get better deals than online shoppers. They also will not give you an ETA on your delivery and if you call to ask for one, they tell you that they don't know what the ETA is. If you reach out to the driver for an ETA, they will give you a rude response. They do have *decent* deals, however, you would be better off ordering from a business that respects their delivery customers a bit more like Joyology or Cake House. Save yourself some time and hassle, and don't bother with these clowns

Great staff and people

Placed an order for delivery which was successfully received by the store. 20 minutes before the store closed, I got a notification that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I called the store and asked why my order was cancelled and the employee gave me the drivers phone number and told me I’d have to call them to find out why. She told me I could re-place my order for tomorrow, or pick it up tonight in the next 20 mins. I called the driver to ask about my cancelled order, and he explained only the store had the ability to cancel the order, and if he could do anything he would. The driver was super nice. Seems like the store knowingly cancelled my order because they were cutting it close on time and decided to blame the driver. Super unprofessional and inconvenient — I would’ve gone out to someplace close by had I known my order would be cancelled.

This is my primary dispensary. As soon as it soft opened, I was there. I had been here three times before they even had their grand opening. Let's just say...I'm a bit familiar. If you're looking for deals, look no further. I start with this because this is what I, personally, look for. Volume:Dollar Best Deal around. Period. That's on top of their normal retail prices are already the lowest around. If you're looking for service, look no further. Caitlin is but one of an army of smiling, helpful people who every time I've been in have went above and beyond the normal sleepy budtender role to figure out EXACTLY how to get me as much product for as little money as possible. I cannot tell you how many absolute ASTRONAUTS you have to talk to at other places! And finally, the products. WhatEVER you're looking for, look no further. They have EVERYTHING! Location is great! Parking is great! LOL...literally EVERYTHING!
