I bought this and used it for the first time two days later. Got like 3 hits in before it started to clog and spit hot oil into my mouth. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. This is my 3rd or 4th defective product I've received from these people. Was coldly told to contact the manufacturer myself because it was passed the allowed 48 hour return time. I emailed them 4 days ago and haven't heard back. Other reviewers have stated this is an issue.

The driver was pleasant,good customer service. This location steals taking advantage online ordering . Email support a waste of time, no response. Didn’t receive a 10 piece bag of cookies, and all of cookies were crumbles. Makes sense since they’re on sale, they must known the quality was smashed, broken a part and crumbs. I prefer quality products I get for my in-laws who one suffers from Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and other Dementia. I tossed them, don’t feel comfortable to give them what was purchase. . Don’t recommend to buy here twice was charge for items that weren’t delivered. 2nd time driver gave me gifts which I guess that happens for all others. 1st order no gifts, nothing, was a bigger purchase. To know that every purchase you get so gifts it blew my mind. Will be looking for new vendor ! Do not use this vendor you can’t trust and you can’t speak to anyone or get a refund. Call my credit card, advice to notify if not it will I’ll be disputed and alert of vendor

Their communication everything today is the end of me using this company unfortunately because how this driver treated me he is absolutely so rude so out of line I will be disputing the charge on my credit card if I do not get a refund and I expect a phone call back from the owner.
