Was my go-to shop for the longest but has become more and more sketchy lately. One of the two devices I ordered didn’t work, I contacted the shop, sent the video proof they requested, and was told they’d send a replacement the following day. The following day, I reached out to set up that delivery and have not had a response from the shop since, via call or text, this was over a week ago. No refund, no replacement, just completely ghosted. For the past few orders I’ve had to reach out to the shop to confirm it’s been placed after hearing nothing from them or a driver 2 hours after placing the order. Additionally, the payment options change every other week, most recently I was asked to use a sketchy website in order to pay with debit card, even after confirming previously that I could use it. When that website wouldn’t work, I was finally able to use Zelle, as I’d been able to do before without issue. Shop at your own risk.
