They take 3+ hours to deliver
Ordered from this place twice and both times got the wrong product. First time they gave me a joint that was labeled as a concentrate. This time I ordered ice cream cake live resin and got lemon cherry Gelato live resin. Also they take 3-4 hours to show up

4hr wait, no GPS for drivers, dishonest.
expect to wait more than 3.5hrs, even for orders placed early in the day (ordered at 4p didn't receive until after 8p). they'll keep moving the delivery time and promise "you're one of the next ones! should hear from the driver in 10 minutes". ... just be honest about delivery times wtf, even if they're long. it's the dishonesty... with so many options, don't waste your time here. employees answering phones were very nice (only positive).

Terrible customer service
I live in Thousand Oaks, placed an oder at 630pm, didn't get called until 650pm to let me know myvcart didn't meet the minimum even though it allowed me to proceed to checkout. Apparently if you live in a certain zip code your minimum goes up $100 dollars which is ridiculous because 5 min away from me, minimum is $50. Anyways I said I'll be placing another order to meet the minimum $100. I got called at 650pm, I called back at 705pm for them to tell me it would have to be rescheduled for the next day, even though their website says 730pm cut off and to top it off the girl said she would wait for me to place my order and obviously didn't, just sent the driver. Basically took an Hr for them to tell me they couldn't make a delivery, which is terrible service because I couldvr gone elsewhere with people who treat their customers with more respect.
