Sold Out/-Showing on Online “Live” Menu

The Lemon Skunk was really what I wanted and looking forward to it listed on the site as it was low in stock and then of course I get the call saying it was sold out but it was not showing sold out yet on the Live website so I was confused. Anyways I replaced with something else but Skunkis my favorite strain and it is so rare hopefully I see it again or another skunk strain

Called after an hour, was told orders were taking between 1 an 2 hours.. called back after 2 and a half hours for them to tell me it'll be another 30min. Good product, poor delivery.

Hello so sorry you had a bad experience, but we are working to have better wait times. We normally have ETAs of 90 minutes but we do get up to 2.5 hours during rush hour and the amount of orders that are coming in. We hope that you will give us another try.

The Raw Garden All in One cartridge doesn’t work at all. Super disappointed to pay expensive price ($45 + another $10-20 in taxes + a $22 tip to driver) for something that is faulty and likely will be told, “sorry you opened it”. I don’t plan on touching it and i put back in the box in hopes you’ll do right by the customer and swap out/replace with a new one. Please contact me about the 9:15-9:30 in San Juan Capistrano.

“Accepting orders until 9:15 pm” so I spent a lot of time shopping and selecting my products only to be texted that not only were the unable to find a driver but that any orders placed after 8:30 pm are subject to cancellation. Wasted a lot of my time and a lot of other dispensaries closed in the time it took me to order.
