Been going here for a few years and everyone is nice and friendly. They always have something fun going on and the goodie bags are always nice on the holidays. I haven’t found a better place in Long Beach yet.

They have this one budtender that sings all the time. He makes a lot of mistakes and double charged me one time and left one of my products out of the bag another time. Be wary of his inattentiveness. He is very nice though so hopefully he sticks around :-)

2 hours lost. No order received. I placed an order through Weedmaps. I called this place to see if everything was good. They shared a weird policy that ID address must match physical address. I asked if a utility bill that matches my ID and name would work. They checked with manager and approved it. Over an hour later nothing. I called back. They said the driver left a long time ago with my order. 45 mins later a driver called me to say he would not deliver my order. He said no one approved my order, it was never packed, and no driver had left with it. I asked why I was lied to and he acted like I was making it up. I called the main line again and they argued and hung up on me. DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP!! You deserve to go out of business.

Poor Communication

Placed an order around 5PM.. Got an ETA of 45-60, which is no problem.. Waited until around 6:10PM as nothing was updating, just was saying "Order Placed". The first time I called, I was placed on a hold for over 6 minutes, then someone answered the line and put me back on hold without saying anything so I hung up. After that, I called again and was told the delivery driver was out on lunch, and will send my delivery when he was finished and in the meantime to send pictures of my ID, which is already verified on WeedMaps mind you, and sent them the pictures and selfie they asked for. I then got a call 10 minutes later and was advised that becuase my ID was "out of state" and since it didn't "match the delivery address" the "could not send the order" over a hour and a half later from my original order. I explained I place orders all the time from other dispensaries and was told it was their "policy" and that I would "have to come in" as a first time customer to sign up before delivery.

Been waiting 6 hours for some bud called multiple times to let them know if they have the correct phone number they tried giving me a discount for waiting but couldn’t because the “system” 😂lol told me I gotta make another purchase to receive the discount lol y’all lucky I’m even about to make a purchase still after waiting 6 hours 😂
