we've reached out to you through phone and left a voice message and also text with a read receipt...we would never purposely miss an item .. not sure why your just leaving 2 bad reviews when alll it takes is a little communication and we would remedy the situation... we always give free stuff away to every customer... we are waiting for a response from you and would like to correct this*** update 10/17/25 customer does not answer we have called and called.. texted.. left voice messages.. we don't believe he was missing a cart because if he was missing he would want it... also the 3 reviews all at the same time is mysterious a 5 a 4 and a 2 star review... we are baffled

The carts I ordered looked and the one I used tasted great. As for the pre-roll it was smooth and smelled very fresh plus was smooth on the inhale. I will be recommending this to others that have a medical card to check out.
