The 30-60 Minute Delivery Time is not true

This was my first time using the delivery service. The website indicated a 30-60 minute delivery window at the time of my purchase. It took two hours for the order to arrive. Super Disappointing. Also, the website doesn't update in real time. As sit here and type this while enjoying my gummie that took two hours to get here, the website still says they are packing my order. LOL! I did call the actual store after the first hour to see what was happening and the nice lady I spoke with said the delivery guy picked up my order a while ago. Then she indicated sometimes it just takes longer as the driver might have other deliveries on the way. Not sure if the driver works for the store or the website? It's definitely nothing like UberEats! LOL.
