I bought 3 Turn vape pens and when i scanned them to verify, all 3 said they were invalid. Turn( the company) said dont smoke them if the verification QR code is invalid because they are most likely fake. So am I smoking counterfeit or legit vapes!?!?!? Help

My blunt came torn and they said I had to buy a whole new order to get a replacement for my un-usable item which would be $65 minimum to get an item that was originally ordered for $20 this was disappointing and I’ve never experienced anything like this with a product coming completely broken and being told I have to pay another 65 dollars to get my $20 item replaced
