Took almost 24hrs

Ordered at 5 pm and told they were done with deliveries for the day and I’d get it first thing in the morning. I didn’t receive my order until 1:30 pm the next day which is a ridiculous wait time for an order

It took over 8 Hrs

It took over 8 hours to receive my order, first I placed my order at 9:30am in the morning, after waiting 3 hours I still hadn't received a confirmation phone call that the order was even received. So, I called to verify my order and was informed that they were short a deliver driver and it would be a couple more hours, it wasn't, it was nearly 5pm by the time my order showed up. If they were short a driver, i understand being understaffed, but I never even received any notification of what was going on, at least inform and keep your customers informed if there is going to be a delay.

Second delivery

Just had my second delivery from here, other than taking a couple of hours. Product is good.I believe my driver today name was Elias. Awesome guy, great conversation. I used to be a drive myself, other than putting tons of mile on my personal car. I love it. (I like to drive). Not many dispenses supply the car…… I would diffidently order again.

Delivery service sucks!

Company doesn’t know how to run a business. They will accept your delivery order but wait hrs to tell you that you have to wait the next day or you can pick up. Learn how to setup your website to stop taking more orders than you can deliver. It honestly shows that you’re incompetent to run a business successfully esp when the order is placed before 2pm. This has happened to me too many times before. I Dont recommend y’all because the delivery service is horrible. Why exist if you’re not going to deliver until the sun goes down and going to stop taking delivery orders at a certain time.

Euphoria cancelled my 125 dollar order because they think that I live in a hotel when I in fact live in a two bedroom suite in an apartment. No problem I'll never order from this place again. Shango and Jardin never have a problem with delivering to me. My money seems good enough for them

*Deliveries will arrive within 3 hours of time of Order on a First Come-First Serve basis and availability. At certain times, we may experience a higher demand for delivery orders. Customers will be made aware at the time of order. However, deliveries received later in the day may be delivered the following morning.

Customers will receive a Confirmation call 30 minutes prior to delivery. State and local regulations prohibit delivery to Hotel Resort/Casinos. We reserve the right to refuse delivery.
