Grabbed some Ellis Greens before at a dispo so I was super excited to see they have a delivery service! A great experience from start to finish. Customer service 10/10, delivery was quick, and the tree is fire!! Highly recommend the White Taffi if you're looking for a relaxed but still functional vibe and the pre rolls are a nice size and hit perfectly!

I ordered from their website because they advertised great deals. When I placed my order it was confirmed. I then received a call from one of their employee explaining the items were listed in error and they would not honor my purchase. He even explained that some item were emploee samples and are not supposed to be sold. They offered me 2 items out of the 14 I ordered and a few free prerolls. I decided to cancel the order and not provide my business. I only decided to write this review because I checked their menu and they still have the items listed for sale over 11 hours after they knew about the issue. It was poor management of their inventory/menu and horrible customer service to not own their mistake, honor the deal that you have on your menu and then correct the problem. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

We are really sorry this happened. I am the Co-Owner and the one that you spoke to on the phone. I kindly apologized, and explained that we are a new delivery that just opened up this week, and that we were trying to figure out what we did wrong. As a license holder it is important that we follow all DCC rules and regulations like not selling Staff samples that are deemed "Not for Resale." Again I am sorry that you feel like we did not own up to our mistake or honor it. Hopefully you will give us another chance one day.
