Ordered from the store several times. The last time I ordered my total came up over $30 different than the one that I received in the email confirmation. It would be great if this didn’t happen it makes me leery about using this service again because you can’t count on the amount.

Taxes were 33% of the order and the store was 30% off still spent 50 over for “taxes” like what 😂

Unfortunately there are numerous taxes that have to be paid on each cannabis product purchase in California, State Cannabis excise tax + State and Local Sale Taxes + City Taxes. Hopefully taxes will go down eventually but for now these are the required taxes per the State of California.

Drivers are always nice, but having to wait 6-8 hours for a delivery when it says an hour max wait is ridiculous. And receptionist cancled my order after i said i was considered it after hearing the wait time she was very rude.

Always long wait times on the phone. They say 2 mins then it’s another 30 min wait. Horrible customer service.
