The item I ordered got switched for another item

I ordered near 1 PM, the order was set to be part of the 2:30 delivery crew. the order was missed twice and I was waiting for my delivery until 9 PM. the dispensary compensated with a 10$ item. I was told at 4 PM and 6 PM that the order would arrive within an hour of those times resulting in me waiting to recieve the package for the entire day. The customer service response team took 20 minutes to respond leading to worry that the order would be cancelled. worst delivery experience so far.

lwk was extremely obviously pissed that i didnt give him a larger tip 🥲

Tried ordering on two separate occasions, crappy service. No one answers phone, orders get cancelled.

Took forever and when I called to make sure that my order went through I was told that they did not see my order in the system the 4 hours later got a text saying my driver was 2 minutes away

the delivery took around 4hrs. I buy 2 cartridges. After few hit it already leak. I told them. They ask me took pictures for them. They said they can do a swap if i have the original packaging and if the cartridge is not cracked or chipped. Of course i still have it. After i send them the pictures. They stop respond. DO NOT BUY

Very dishonest about eta of arrival but decent prices for overall quality brands. Awful customer service though versus other delivery services.

***CAUTION*** DONT BUY HERE*** Extremely disappointed with my experience at Elev8ted. I spent over $200 on my order, only to get the completely wrong items. The products I received were worth less than half of what I actually paid for, and when I contacted customer service, they refused to make it right because I had already opened the package — even though the mistake was entirely theirs. I opened it because I trusted I had received the correct order I paid for. Instead of taking accountability, they basically left me stuck with products I never ordered and out a significant amount of money. The customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero concern for fixing the issue or keeping a loyal customer happy. For a company charging premium prices, I expected professionalism and basic customer care. Instead, I feel like I was robbed of my money. I would strongly caution anyone ordering from them to double-check everything and be aware that if THEY mess up your order, they may refuse to correct it.
