From delivery to face to face consultations and purchases, this place is my favorite dispensary! Everyone is friendly & very patient with the millions of questions I've had and never made me feel stupid. The delivery service is also excellent! Free delivery as long as you meet their minimum purchase policy and really committed to making you happy. There have been a few instances where I wasn't able to meet their delivery time frame (for various reasons), but they were still willing to accommodate as best they can (Thank you!!). I also love that they deliver to your work place making it super convenient for me.

The Delivery Department

1st of all, there has got to be a way to allow us to give more than 5 stars per review. The ability to only give 5 stars is great and all BUT some people/peoples deserve more than 5!!! (Just saying) Well, with that being said..... Let me tell you all about my experience with the Delivery Department at Elemental Wellness Center. The customer service in that department is completely out of this world, I mean c'mon.... when can you honestly get a consultation on a order of any kind when its being delivered... Consultation are usually done in the store, never before have i ever recieved this particular type of service from any other dispensary sent to me, SERIOUSLY!!!!! being able to communicate in such a very professional level, give great advise on products ordered & future recommendation when ordering. Now THATS customer service! Even shared a few laughs, that helped me feel really comfortable. Thank you Elemental Wellness Center for providing a fantastic Delivery Department!!!

How it works: • Log into our website. • Browse products. • Place your selected items in the shopping cart. •After adding your desired items to the shopping cart click the green checkout button to review, check that the order is for delivery and then submit the order. • Once your have submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation email. • Please allow up to 3 hours for delivery. • Guidelines • Same day delivery for orders placed between 9 am-8 pm • Next day delivery for orders placed after 8 pm (some exceptions may apply) • We can deliver to your home, hotel or place of business if your employer allows it. • The law does not allow us to deliver to a public place, such as a park, liquor store, library, school, or coffee shop • Our drivers accept debit and cash payment, due at time of delivery. • We DO NOT accept credit cards. • You will be asked to present your state issued photo drivers license or identification card at time of delivery.
