Just what I needed!

I’ve been searching for a delivery service with Smokiez edibles (they are my husband’s favorite) near my temporary home in Fremont. They had a variety of flavors. They also had high THC flower (my favorite) with sweet deals. It checked the boxes so I tried a delivery. They were communicative, friendly and professional! Definitely using them throughout my time in Fremont. Cool bonus: I got a free cloth mask with my items! Awesome :)

From delivery to face to face consultations and purchases, this place is my favorite dispensary! Everyone is friendly & very patient with the millions of questions I've had and never made me feel stupid. The delivery service is also excellent! Free delivery as long as you meet their minimum purchase policy and really committed to making you happy. There have been a few instances where I wasn't able to meet their delivery time frame (for various reasons), but they were still willing to accommodate as best they can (Thank you!!). I also love that they deliver to your work place making it super convenient for me.

The Delivery Department

1st of all, there has got to be a way to allow us to give more than 5 stars per review. The ability to only give 5 stars is great and all BUT some people/peoples deserve more than 5!!! (Just saying) Well, with that being said..... Let me tell you all about my experience with the Delivery Department at Elemental Wellness Center. The customer service in that department is completely out of this world, I mean c'mon.... when can you honestly get a consultation on a order of any kind when its being delivered... Consultation are usually done in the store, never before have i ever recieved this particular type of service from any other dispensary sent to me, SERIOUSLY!!!!! being able to communicate in such a very professional level, give great advise on products ordered & future recommendation when ordering. Now THATS customer service! Even shared a few laughs, that helped me feel really comfortable. Thank you Elemental Wellness Center for providing a fantastic Delivery Department!!!

Finally a service with some actual fire buds. Seriously top quality is hard to find these days on delivery. Plus they actually had someone answering the phone! Rather than the bombardment of text messages I usually get from other services. Definitely will be ordering from here again!

At Elemental Wellness, our main priority is providing our patients safe access to clean medicine. All our medicine is lab-tested for potency and deemed safe for consumption by Steep Hill Halent Labs. Flowers are tested for mold & biological contaminants. Concentrates are tested for any residual solvents (e.g. butane). All medicine is tested for a full spectrum of cannabinoids (e.g. THC & CBD) and terpenes (e.g. Limonene). Elemental is also home to one of the few Steep Hill Halent Labs QuantaCann potency analyzers.
