The staff and delivery driver were helpful and patient. Only gave it 4 star on account of 2 missing cartridges, which are hopefully coming with a second order.

Bad rove carts. The rove pens i received immediately started getting clogged upon use. There was no selection available of premium Rove cartridges that didn’t come with a device, only the diamond ready to use and option that includes a device
