Within a couple minutes of placing my order, I received a text saying that one of my items was partially sold out (I could get 1 of the 2 I ordered) and they asked if it would be okay to substitute it for another of the same brand. I told them to surprise me, and they did! They were genuinely disappointed that the item wasn't available, they offered a resolution immediately, and they were so kind the entire time. A+ customer service for sure! The delivery driver sent an eta as soon as he was on his way, and then have me an update when he was near, as I had requested. He kindly positioned his car so that I could safely approach using my wheelchair, and we were able to complete the transaction super quickly!
