I’m a very regular customer and have supported this business for a long time. Unfortunately, my experience today was really disappointing. I’ve explained several times that their calls and links never go through on my end — they either go straight to voicemail or I never receive the message. Despite them knowing this ongoing issue, the manager decided to cancel my order anyway. I understand following protocol, but it’s frustrating to feel dismissed when I’ve already explained the situation multiple times. Maybe their phone system needs an update, because this seems to happen regularly. For a loyal customer, having my order canceled and then getting attitude from the staff felt really disrespectful. Won’t be recommending
