I personally highly recommend double dogs dispensary I am a stage four osteosarcoma patient and suffer from extreme pain and anxiety along with other symptoms brought on from extensive chemo and radiation. Wes and his staff at Double dogs have gone above and beyond to research my particular cancer to find ways for me to deal with the pain instead of using synthetic opioids. I have traveled all over for treatments for my cancer and so far Double Dogs is the best dispensary I have found in Montana.

Horrible customer service
Visited double dog today because recently I have been shopping around and have liked their product. Good products but always little small popcorn buds, which I’m not too stoked on, but always good quality. The girl that works in there is rude and horrible customer service, I will not be back. Been in multiple times, generally when there they will tell me and offer the daily deal. Today when entering the girl doesn’t even look up from phone, no smile or hello or anything and proceeds to make me wait while she finishes watching video on her cell phone. So as I am trying to make my decision which she is clearly not helping with and not very informative when I’m asking questions about product and stock. I ask her about the daily deal and she tells me but says she will not honor it because I was not a previous customer. Wow, mind officially blown. Not only was she rude and treated me like I was ruining her day but then denies me the benefits that I have received for the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately I will not be back, which is sad but no one deserves to be treated like this. I will shop at the places that care.

They’ve opened/expanded rather quickly and have overlooked the fine points that used to make them great. 4 new locations in less than 6 months….. The quality of product has gone down hill in my opinion due to the addition of multiple new stores while not adding grow space and bringing in 3rd party product that’s a lower quality at lower price points as well. They no longer have a mip license and the edibles/extracts vary widely in quality. The carts are primarily distillates and falsely called solventless products. Edibles are no longer made in house but brought in via 3rd party The attention to detail has been lost and the quality went with it.
